Hello I'm Tilly Green, a passionate and dedicated Registered Associate Nutritionist with a strong foundation in Biomedical Sciences (BSc) and a master's degree in Clinical Nutrition. My journey in the world of nutrition has been shaped by a commitment to cut through the mass of misinformation online and curate sustainably improved relationships with food and nutrition education.
With a solid academic background in Biomedical Sciences, I bring a scientific approach to nutrition, blending evidence-based knowledge with a personalised touch. My mission is to empower you to make informed choices about your health through nutrition and science.
My experience includes delivering detailed health assessments and working extensively with bariatric surgery patients in the post-operative phase. I support clients in navigating dietary changes, building balanced eating patterns, and achieving healthy, sustainable weight loss.
This also extends to working with individuals using GLP-1 medications (such as semaglutide or tirzepatide), offering tailored nutrition guidance to complement their treatment and promote lasting lifestyle change.
In addition to specialist weight management support, I provide general nutrition education and work with those who have struggled with yo-yo dieting or disordered eating patterns, helping to rebuild a positive relationship with food and the body.
So, whether you’re looking to lose weight, improve your eating habits, or feel more confident around food, I offer a supportive, non-judgemental approach that puts your goals and wellbeing at the centre.
